Cabbage Soup and Other Vegetable Friends


You’ll Need:
1/4 head of cabbage, chopped
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch of broccoli or ~ 2 cups of florets
32 oz. of chicken or vegetable broth
2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped (optional)
1 cup/can of white beans, cooked, drained (optional)
2 cups of rice or pasta of choice (optional)

Place broth, onion, cabbage, and carrots in large pot and bring to a boil. After 5-7 minutes of boiling add broccoli and tomatoes. Allow to boil for 3 minutes and then remove to serve. You can dress this up with chicken, rice, pasta, a white bean and more. Enjoy the goodness.
