White Acre Peas and Carrots


You’ll Need:
1 lb White Acre Peas
3 Carrots, peeled and sliced
2 Yukon Potatoes, diced (optional)
1 Shallot, diced
1 Garlic Clove, diced
1 TBSP Butter
pinch of Salt
dash of Pepper

In a skillet, combine carrots, potoates, shallot, salt, pepper, and garlic and cook on medium-high heat for approx. 20 minutes (or until peas are tender), stirring frequently. Serve as a side dish with your favorite dinner entree.
