Baked Acorn Squash

Baking your acorn squash is quite simple.

You’ll Need:
1 or more Acorn Squash, cut in half length-wise
1/2 TBSP of Butter per squash
4 TBSP of Brown Sugar per squash

Simply cut your butter into cubes and place half of it into each squash half, on top of the brown sugar. Spray the edges of the squash with a non-stick spray and cover with aluminum foil. Place the squash in the over and bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes.

Serve a half to each dinner guest (for the big squash lovers) or scoop it out of the shell and mash in a bowl to serve family style.
