If you’re ever in a pinch and need a quick meal, grab a container of broth, a few potatoes, an onion and some random vegetables and make yourself a soup! It’s perfect for cold season or the chilly weather.
32 oz. Broth (Chicken, Vegetable, etc.)
1 Onion, diced
3 Carrots, peeled and cut
1 cup of Peas or other green vegetable
Put all ingredients in a pot and boil for 10 minutes (or until the vegetables are done). Note, if using frozen vegetables, add them last after the potatoes are tender. Serve with your favorite harvest bread.
