1 lb Tortellini, cooked – you can buy them premade or make your own
24 oz. Spaghetti Sauce
8-16 oz. Marinated Artichoke Hearts, chopped
1-2 cups Peas, cooked/steamed
1-2 cloves Garlic, crushed (optional)
Oil as needed
1. In a sauce pan, brown garlic and saute peas in oil.
2. Add artichokes and sauce to the pan and allow to heat thoroughly.
3. Toss the tortellini into sauce and serve.
