A new veggie in our shares, courtesy of The Family Garden, Romanesco Cauliflower. It’s an all-natural cross between broccoli and cauliflower, and oh so delicious. To prepare, I simply washed, cut and roasted just like cauliflower. If roasting is new to you, follow my previous post on Roasting Fun. This time I added 2 cloves fresh crushed garlic and a pinch of salt before roasting.
