Such a beautiful vegetable, the Romanesco Cauliflower is a member of the Brassica family which makes it a relative of broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and collard greens among others. I’ve been told it tastes like nutty cauliflower which, to me, sounds very, very tasty.
