I’ve been playing around with a previously posted recipe for Heart-Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies, and am really fond of the new creation.
Here are the changes:
1. Use ~12 oz. of almond butter
2. Skip the canola oil
3. Use 1 (0r 2) bars of chocolate
4. Add fresh or dried cherries or cranberries
5. Skip the pumpkin puree (unless you want them to be super moist)
