The Standard Stir-Fry

Stir-fry is a routine meal in our home, mostly because we can create something new each time, using whatever is lingering in the fridge. This stir-fry is a basic mix of broccoli, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, mushrooms and rice… with SESAME OIL added at the end as a finishing touch. If you haven’t used sesame oil before, I HIGHLY recommend it. Just drizzle 1 or 2 TBSP of sesame oil over the veggies at the end. Remember, don’t overcook your vegetables. The typical stir-fry uses high heat, little oil and short cooking time.

Enjoy,
Angela
