Much to my surprise, this turned out to be a head turner. (Who would have thought?!?)
1. Saute onion and garlic on medium-high heat until golden.
2. Add chopped cabbage and carrots. (Key is to cook with a lot of heat for a short time, stirring frequently.)
3. Remove from heat and prepare to serve. (Be sure to avoid over cooking the veggies. They should still be slightly crunchy.)
4. Finishing touch, drizzle sesame oil over top and add touch of salt and pepper.
*Note: If you happen to have some fresh ginger on hand, you could add it to the garlic and onions.
